Sales Associate PositionQualified applicants should possess strong communication and customer service skills, an aptitude for multi-tasking effectively, organizational proficiency, and the ability to manage a long term budget.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Successfully executing a sales process for 25-35 opportunities at once. Excellent phone and email communication skills are a must.
- Managing a "book of business" of approximately 50-75 customers; renewing their contracts, upselling and explaining new opportunities to existing clients.
- Travelling for the purpose of attending industry events, closing sales opportunities, and creating new opportunities at least once a month.
- Working with sales management software to organize and streamline the sales process.
- Proactively training and maintaining an ongoing and current knowledge base of sales techniques and strategies as well as Blizzard product and services.
